- In a bowl, mix flour and salt, then stir in yeast and sugar.
- Gradually add warm water to make a soft dough—knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Knock back the dough (gently deflate it) and shape it into a round, flat disc.
- Place on a floured baking sheet, cover, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-30 minutes, until golden and hollow-sounding when tapped.
