Ingredients
  

Base Layer:
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
Raspberry Layer:
  • ½ cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Top Layer:
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Base: Mix melted butter, sugar, cocoa, and egg in a bowl. Stir in graham crumbs, coconut, and walnuts. Press into a lined 8x8" pan and chill 15 mins.
  2. Raspberry Layer: Whisk jam, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over base and chill 30 mins.
  3. Top Layer: Melt chocolate and butter, then pour over raspberry layer. Chill 1 hour before slicing.
