Method
- Prepare the peppers by removing stems and seeds.
- In a pot, combine the prepared peppers, vinegar, garlic, salt, and sugar.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until the peppers are soft.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture (optional).
- Pour into sterilized bottles and refrigerate.
