Ingredients
  

  • 10 fresh peppers your choice
  • 1 cup vinegar white, apple cider, or rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the peppers by removing stems and seeds.
  2. In a pot, combine the prepared peppers, vinegar, garlic, salt, and sugar.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until the peppers are soft.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture (optional).
  6. Pour into sterilized bottles and refrigerate.
