  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise low-fat or vegan options work
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or plant-based alternative
  • 1 tbsp chipotle pepper in adobo sauce adjust for spice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey/maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2-3 tbsp water to adjust consistency
