Emulsify:
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while continuously whisking until fully blended and slightly thickened.
Taste & adjust:
- Add more honey for sweetness or lemon for tang if desired.
Store:
- Transfer to an airtight jar. Keeps refrigerated for up to 1 week. Shake well before use.
