Ingredients

  • 12 frozen fish fingers or homemade, see notes below
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray for extra crispiness
  • Lemon wedges for serving, optional
  • Tartar sauce ketchup, or ranch dressing (for dipping, optional)

Method

Get the Air Fryer Ready:
  1. Turn on your air fryer and set it to 400°F (200°C). Let it warm up for about 3-5 minutes so it’s nice and hot when you add the fish fingers.
Lay Out the Fish Fingers:
  1. Take the fish fingers and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure they’re not touching each other so they cook evenly and get crispy all over.
Add a Touch of Oil:
  1. Lightly spray or drizzle the fish fingers with olive oil. This step is optional but helps them turn extra golden and crunchy.
Cook to Perfection:
  1. Slide the basket into the air fryer and let the fish fingers cook for 8-10 minutes. Halfway through, give them a quick flip so both sides get evenly crispy.
Serve and Enjoy:
  1. Once they’re golden and crispy, take them out of the air fryer. Serve right away with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or your favorite dip for a delicious meal or snack.
