Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 can Creamed Corn
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn drained
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes prepared with milk and butter

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread beef in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer creamed corn then whole kernel corn over the beef.
  4. Top with mashed potatoes spreading evenly.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
