Method
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread beef in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer creamed corn then whole kernel corn over the beef.
- Top with mashed potatoes spreading evenly.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
