Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Pour in the heavy whipping cream and cream cheese, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Continue whisking until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the grated parmesan cheese while whisking until melted and smooth.
  5. Allow the sauce to simmer gently for about 3–5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  6. Toss with your favorite pasta and serve immediately.
