Method
- Rub the seasoning onto the chicken thighs.
- Sear the chicken in olive oil until golden on both sides.
- Set the chicken aside; in the same skillet, combine rice, turmeric, lemon juice, and chicken stock.
- Place the chicken back on top, bring to a boil, then simmer covered until the rice is tender.
- Let it rest off the heat for a few minutes, garnish, and enjoy!
