Hi, I’m Neyma

Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Neyma, and I’m a creator/writer of some recipes and crafts project you’ll find on this blog.

For as long as I can remember, my life’s happiest moments have been tied to creating something from scratch. I grew up in a home where the scent of baking bread was a regular comfort and the hum of a sewing machine was the soundtrack to my afternoons. My grandmother taught me that the best ingredients are simple, and the real magic comes from the love you fold in.

For years, I worked as an elementary school teacher, where my greatest joy was watching a child’s face light up when they finally mastered a new skill. I learned the importance of clear, patient instructions and the confidence that comes from saying, “I made this myself!”

I started posting at Mokze as a way to reconnect with that hands-on creativity and to build a space that feels like coming home. I wanted to create a collection of recipes that are not just delicious but are tested, trusted, and truly no-fuss. I wanted to share craft projects that don’t require expensive tools or expert skills, just a little bit of time and a desire to make something beautiful.
